The trio
Rainer "Fidel" Hagmann, Geri "Zupf" Zumbrunn and Thomas "Örgeli" Aeschbacher combine Swiss folk music with jazz, blues, rock and pop - surprising, lively and full of enthusiasm. The trio is a new formation, but the three musicians already know each other from numerous other projects and are a well-rehearsed team.
The sound
With violin, Schwyzerörgeli and double bass, the trio creates a unique sound that can be both cheeky and driving as well as soulful and playful. Their repertoire ranges from Appenzeller Wälzerli and musette sounds à la "Hot Club de France" to great original compositions penned by Thomas Aeschbacher and Geri Zumbrunn.

Whether a folk festival, company event or concert evening - FidelZupfÖrgeli provides a lively, varied program. Perfect for anyone who likes tradition with a modern twist, virtuoso arrangements and a cool groove.
