Corina Cavegns voice is exclusive, you can recognize her by her timbre (tone colour) among many others. When unamplified, it comes out best, for example in churches at weddings.
A voice for every occasion
Are you looking for a classical singer? Corina Cavegn embellishes your event with opera and operetta arias, e.g. with "Che farò senza Euridice" from "Orfeo and Euridice" by Christoph Willibald Gluck.
The singer is also very suitable for company aperitifs and background music. She offers Latin and jazz standards, songs from musicals (e.g. "All I want is a room" from "My Fair Lady") and pop songs.
For Christmas parties Cavegn has a wide repertoire of English Christmas songs, Christmas Carols and classical Christmas carols - known and unknown. Gospels like "Oh Happy Day" or "Swing low, sweet chariots" are also part of the singer's repertoire. But Cavegn is also open for special occasions such as open-air weddings, aperitifs or weddings on ships.
Piano and other singers
Corina Cavegn also creates musical interludes for dinners. Depending on the wishes of the client, she designs the programme in a classical, modern or colourful way. In addition to the pianist she needs for her performances, her performance can be complemented by the engagement of singers of other voice ranges.
career
The artist grew up and gained her first solo experiences in Jona. Later she began classical singing training with Maria Baldauf in Zurich and acquired theoretical knowledge at the School for Music Theory, also in Zurich. Corina Cavegn also attended courses in Karlsruhe, Weimar and Zurich.
