With her versatility and excellent technique, violinist Nurdana Ernst enriches every occasion - be it a company party, a music festival, a wedding, an opening party or any other private or business celebration. In addition to her extensive classical repertoire, Nurdana Ernst also plays pieces such as "Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears, "Believer" by Imagine Dragons or the theme music from "Game of Thrones" on the violin.

The musician

Nurdana Ernst began playing the violin at the age of seven in her native Kazakhstan, where she attended a music school for gifted children. During her bachelor studies at the conservatory in Novosibirsk, Russia, she won prizes at international competitions. She went on to play as a soloist with the Novosibirsk Chamber Orchestra and the symphony orchestras in Astana and Dubai. She was concertmaster in various Novosibirsk orchestras for several years. In 2023 she successfully completed her Master's degree in Musical Performance at the Haute École de Musique Lausanne.

Diverse experiences

Nurdana Ernst has a wealth of experience on the international concert stage and has worked with conductors such as Kent Nagano, Kazuki Yamada and Kristjan Järvi as well as musicians such as Zakhar Bron, Daniel Hope and Boris Kuschnir. In Switzerland, she has already performed with the Sinfonie Orchester Biel Solothurn and the Sinfonietta de Lausanne, among others, and appeared at the Gstaad Menuhin Festival - as well as with the internationally renowned DJ Kygo in front of 30,000 people at the Zurich Openair.
